Globules are particularly sensitive to environmental influences. They are therefore sold in closed systems that offer optimum protection from light, such as small-volume amber glass bottles. However, these bottles often have the disadvantage that the large mouth opening makes precise dispensing difficult. The Similia globule dispenser solves this problem by combining these standard glass bottles with simple and hygienic dosing.
The ‘Similia’ globule dispenser is the first dosing attachment for standard glass bottles in accordance with DIN ISO 11418 (GL18) and was specially developed for the hygienic and accurate intake of globules. With its innovative technology, it enables reliable single dosing without the globules coming into contact with the hand.
Made of pharmaceutical-grade polypropylene, the dispenser attachment snaps securely onto the transfer ring of the bottle. This snap-on mechanism not only ensures a secure fit, but also provides the necessary tamper-evident seal: the dispenser can only be used with the designated bottle and cannot be used for other globules.
Reuse or refilling is therefore deliberately prevented.
Each press of the bottle dispenses exactly one globule into the integrated measuring cup, from which it can be taken directly – without any additional aids. At the same time, the locking function prevents the dispenser from being operated when the cap is on, guaranteeing maximum product safety.
The Similia globule dispenser is currently available for globule size 3 and fits 5 ml and 10 ml GL18 dropper bottles with a diameter of 24 mm. In combination with light-protective amber glass bottles, the sensitive globules remain optimally protected.
