With the new Lotus Cosmetics, PACKSYS is expanding its tried-and-tested Lotus range with a solution developed specifically for the cosmetics industry. Featuring the standardised GPI 24/410 thread and a two-piece, pre-assembled screw cap, this system combines maximum functionality with an elegant, cosmetic appearance.
The distinctive, designed tear-off edge – inspired by the classic Lotus cap – ensures clean, controlled dispensing: every drop is dispensed precisely or flows reliably back into the bottle. The result is a thoroughly clean application experience without dripping or residue.
Visually, the Lotus Cosmetics fits seamlessly into modern packaging concepts and combines perfectly with the Pharmacos series. This creates a harmonious overall look that impresses both on the shelf and in use.
The cap is available in black and white as standard; other colours can be produced to individual customer specifications. It also combines perfectly with glass and PET bottles from the Pharmacos series.

Expanded application possibilities
In addition to the tried-and-tested open/large pouring opening (open insert), the Lotus Cosmetic will soon also be available with a pre-fitted syringe insert. This variant enables precise dosing via a central opening and opens up additional areas of application – for example, for liquid cosmetics such as facial toners or hair serums, where a reduced dispensing volume is desired. The syringe insert will initially be available with a 2.9 mm opening.
