AIRLESS IN GLASS
Gaplast’s patented airless motion system combines a rigid outer layer with a multi-layer inner bag that contracts more and more with use. A pump seals the packaging airtightly. This protects the contents from contamination due to chemical, physical and microbiological influences. The contents have a longer shelf life even though they are without additives for preservation.

Airless upgraded – Airless in Glass
Until now, the airless container was only available as a pure plastic system. Now Gaplast has expanded its range to include the new Airless In Glass packaging. These combine the already familiar bag-in-bottle function with a high-quality glass casing.
The entire system consists of a plastic container with bag, a pump with protective cap and a decorative glass outer casing, which allows a great deal of design freedom: clear or satinised glass, various glass shapes (round, square, oval, etc.), printing or labelling. The standard inner plastic container is transparent, but it can also be coloured at the customer’s request, provided that a sufficient quantity is ordered. This results in individual packaging solutions that combine unique design and modern function.
Airless In Glass is currently available from PACKSYS in three different sizes: 15 ml, 30 ml or 50 ml with a 0.25 ml/stroke pump. We will be happy to send you a corresponding offer and samples on request.

Sampling is standard with acid frosted, round glass, transparent inner container and white pump. If you have any questions about the new system, please do not hesitate to contact our service staff.
The idea of sustainability
As the glass container does not come into contact with the actual cosmetic product at any time, it is even possible to clean it carefully and recycle it without hesitation. Further options would include manufacturing the glass body from waste glass and manufacturing the inner container with theoretically 100% PCR content.
The product residues remaining in the inner bag after complete emptying are so small that the plastic container can also be completely recycled.

Further advantages of the airless motion technology:
B2C
- Reduced risk of allergic reactions, due to no preservatives
- 360° application
- Excellent residual emptying
- Consistently accurate dosage until the end
- Fresh product, even after long periods of non-use
B2B
- Various pumping attachments can be realised (spraying, dripping, lotion dispenser)
- Different barrier properties can be realised
- Almost complete freedom of design of the outer shell
