Are you looking for first-class primary packaging in various sizes, with a standardised design, aesthetic or cosmetic design and perfect functionality? Are you looking for a container for products that should not only be functional but also visually appealing? Then our Pharmacos range is just right for you.
The bottles & jars have a classic, modern design – in a cylindrical/edged shape – and combine aesthetic requirements with pharmaceutical functionality. The bottles are equipped with a standard 24/410 screw thread and are currently available in volumes of 30, 50, 100 and 150 ml – a 75 ml version is already being planned. The jars are available in sizes 5-500 ml in many different gradations.
The high-quality amber glass effectively protects your products from harmful UV light and thus ensures a longer shelf life for your product. Our bottles can be combined with an extensive standard range of pumps, closures and pipette fittings. This makes our Pharmacos bottles & jars customisable to your individual requirements.
Our range is completed by bag-in-bottle systems. These bottles offer an innovative and sustainable solution for packaging your products safely. Thanks to the airless system, the product can be almost completely removed, which ensures optimum emptying. The bag-in-bottle system also prevents aeration of the medium and thus possible contamination, which guarantees product quality and safety. In addition, this system can be used 360°, which is a decisive advantage over conventional pump systems with a riser tube.
Pharmacos bag-in-bottle bottles are currently available in 30 and 50 ml volumes. 75, 100 and 150 ml versions are already being planned. The stroke volume of the integrated pump is 250 µl, which enables extremely precise dosing.
The Pharmacos BiB system also focusses on sustainability: the plastic content of the PACKSYS innovation is significantly reduced compared to conventional systems. In addition, at least 50% of our amber glass bottles are made from recycled glass. This conserves resources without compromising on quality.
