Hygienic, simple and precise

We first addressed the dosing of globules in 2009. In 2011 we launched our first globule dispenser – a snap-on dosing device for glass bottles. The mechanically operated dispenser – designed for single dosing of globule – won the German Packaging Award 2011.

One year later we developed a device which was entirely made of plastic – including a little socket to hold the dispenser, which is also used for administration without hand-contact.

Functionality of the dispenser

The globule dispenser operates mechanically with a push button, which opens a hole at the bottom – releasing exactly one globule. It is a one-hand operation device. The globules are collected in a little plastic bowl, which is used for hygienic administration and afterwards works as socket to safely place the dispenser on the shelf.

• Dosing unit is locked when over-cap is put on
• Tamper evident label to show manipulation
• Counting aids available

Easy filling

• Snap-on cap
• Orientation is not necessary

Every stroke releases one globule into the over-cap, which is also used for administration of the globules without hand-contact. The over-cap is made of clear PP, so that it is easy to control/double-check the number of globule already in the cap. One-hand operation with minimal effort.

Customised solutions

We offer customised solutions with tamper evident seal or counting aid. The diameter and length of the container can be adjusted to the requested filling volume. Needless to say the Easy Top can be produced in any colour – to match your brand design. In case you require additional label space, we recommend a wrap-around label.
