Dosing devices with homeopathic globules
Globules are gaining popularity as an alternative healing method. However, the dosage options for globules are limited.
The problem: although conventional pouring inserts can be used to reduce the size of the openings, they do not allow for precise dosing. Excess globules are returned to the packaging, contaminating the contents. In addition, many users pour the globules directly into their hands.
Our globule dispensers combine precise dosing with hygienic administration without hand contact.

Hygienic, simple and precise
The accurate and hygienic dosing of globules was a challenge that we first took on in 2009. Two years of intensive work led to our first globule dispenser: a snap-on dosing cap for glass bottles with a pressure mechanism that allowed individual dosing of the small globules directly from the bottle. The development was awarded the German Packaging Prize in 2011.
This brought the PACKSYS innovation to the attention of a large pharmaceutical company. Together, they made a number of customer-requested adjustments: the glass bottle was replaced by a plastic dispenser tube and a practical stand was added, which can also be used as a dosing tray. This system is now also freely available.
Functionality of the dispenser
The globule dispenser works via a pressure mechanism that opens a hole at the bottom of the dispensing head. Only one globule falls out per press.
The system allows for one-handed use.
The globules are dispensed onto the enclosed plate without hand contact and taken with it. After use, the dispenser can be stored safely on the shelf in the dispensing plate.

Single dosing and hygienic

By applying light pressure to the activation surface, a globule is released directly into the transparent protective cap. This enables clean and effortless intake of the globules. At the same time, it is easy to check at any time how many globules have already been taken.
Customised adjustments on request
On request, we offer the Easy Top globule dispenser with tamper-evident seal and counting aid. For other filling volumes, the length and outer diameter of the tube can be individually adjusted. Various colour variations are also available to match the Easy Top to your brand image. A wrap-around label provides space for all the information on the dispenser.

An unbeatable combination with the
GL18 dropper bottle
The great success of our globule dosing systems has led to the latest version, a dispenser that can be combined with the GL18 dropper bottle in 5 or 10 ml sizes.
How the globule dispenser works
The dispenser is delivered fully pre-assembled, with the glass bottle as a second component. After filling, both parts are snapped together. The globules are thus tamper-proof and the dispenser cannot be refilled, ensuring that the packaging contains only the products promised on the label.
In this version, the dosing head is activated by pressing on the glass bottle. All the advantages of the older systems are therefore also present:
- only one globule is dispensed per press
- the system allows for one-handed use
- no hand contact required, as the globules are dispensed into the protective cap
The Similia globule dispenser can be processed on all standard filling systems. In addition, all materials used are pharmaceutical-grade approved.
If the dispenser is used on the go, the cap serves as an activation guard, preventing globules from accidentally spilling into your handbag, for example.
