- Projektarbeit für kundenspezifische Lösungen in Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Team R&D
- Aktiver Vertrieb unserer eigenen Entwicklungsprodukte
- Betreuung, Beratung, Pflege und Ausbau des bestehenden Kundenstamms in Ihrer Region
- Identifikation von Kundenanforderungen, Potenzial- und Bedarfsanalysen
- Akquisition von Neukunden und Projekten im Bereich der pharmazeutischen Primärverpackung
- Führen von Vertrags- und Preisverhandlungen
- Umsetzung der Vertriebsziele sowie der Unternehmens- und Marketingstrategie
- Laufende Analyse von Marktentwicklungen und Teilnahme an Fachmessen
WAS WIR SCHÄTZEN:
- Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Bereich Wirtschaft/Technik oder kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Erste Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb, vorzugsweise von Primärverpackungen in der pharmazeutischen Industrie
- Technisches Verständnis, analytisches und strategisches Denkvermögen
- Fließendes Englisch
- Uneingeschränkte Reisebereitschaft und gültiger Führerschein

Sales Area North and Central Germany – Velbert (NRW)/Remote
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
- Project work for customer-specific solutions in cooperation with our team R&D
- Active distribution of our own development products
- Support, consulting, maintenance and expansion of the current customer base in your region
- Identification of customer requirements, potential and demand analyses
- Acquisition of new customers and projects in the field of pharmaceutical primary packaging
- Leading contract and price negotiations
- Implementation of sales targets as well as corporate and marketing strategy
- Ongoing analysis of market developments and participation in trade fairs
WHAT IS APPRECIATED
- University degree in the field of business/technology or business apprenticeship
- First professional experience in sales, pref. of primary packaging in the pharmaceutical industry
- Technical understanding, analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Fluent English
- Unlimited willingness to travel and valid driving license
