The new administration building offers sufficient space for 60 employees and enables all departments to work in a modern environment. The offices are bright and generously furnished so that each employee has plenty of space and room to grow. The social areas are also impressive: a spacious cafeteria with dining area and modern kitchen, various relaxation zones, a football table and a large sun terrace are available to the employees.
The new warehouse comprises an area of approx. 2,400m² and the new high shelves provide us with space for approx. 4,000 pallets, three times as much as before in Starnberg. This enables us to further increase delivery reliability, especially for standard packaging materials, and to stock products in a controlled manner and dispatch them just-in-time.
The modern production department with 200m² offers a clean room of class 100,000 (class 8) as well as the necessary space for 10 assembly lines. In this area the articles can also be individually configured, assembled, sorted or packed – ideal for pharmaceutical products that require clean room conditions.
The expansion of our own development department also offers many advantages. With our own laboratory, we can now do various tests faster more efficiently in-house. It also offers an optical measuring device for measuring parts/products. This applies for new developments as well as for complaints in order to check whether the articles are within the specification. In addition we’ll able to carry out leak tests to check whether the packaging systems are leak-proof and compatible with each other. A precision scale with 4 decimals is also available to determine the weight of a single drop.
With the new location we finally have the space to fully focus on being an innovative company and reliable partner.
