The perfect addition to the Pharmacos jar series
With our newly developed lid, we are expanding the Pharmacos series with a well-thought-out and sustainable closure solution. The new lid was developed specifically for the Pharmacos jars and stands out with its modern, matte, and angular design, which blends seamlessly with the series’ clean aesthetic.
In addition to its high-quality appearance, the closure offers maximum flexibility in use. It can be combined with either a PE foam liner, a PS liner, or an injection-sealed film. Various combinations of these sealing elements are also possible, allowing for customization to meet the specific requirements of the product being packaged.
In addition, the fastener is also available with an integrated conical seal. This version offers an attractive solution for applications that do not require the separate installation of a sealing element. Its simple design eliminates the need for additional assembly steps, making this version a cost-effective alternative.
During development, special attention was paid to resource conservation: The closure consists of just a single plastic part and deliberately avoids a double-walled design. This material-efficient design minimizes material usage without compromising functionality or quality.
The cap is made of polypropylene (PP) and is therefore recyclable—another step toward sustainable packaging solutions.
Pharmacos – design and function in harmony
The name Pharmacos combines pharmacy and cosmetics—and the line consistently lives up to this promise. Made of high-quality amber glass containing at least 50% recycled glass cullet, Pharmacos containers blend cosmetic design with pharmaceutical quality. Consistent shapes across bottles, airless systems, and jars create a harmonious look while offering maximum functionality.
The jar series is available in sizes ranging from 5 to 500 ml and is ideal for cosmetic applications with high standards for product protection, quality, and sustainability. Combined with the new cap, it creates a packaging solution that optimally combines modern design, product safety, and resource conservation.
