A high-quality cosmetic product deserves packaging that combines functionality with aesthetics. But with liquid products in particular, we’re all familiar with the problem: oil residue on the neck of the bottle, uncontrolled pouring, or drips running down the outside of the packaging.
With the new Pharmacos Lotus, PACKSYS is launching a solution that addresses exactly this issue—transforming the proven Lotus technology into a modern, cosmetic design.
The two-piece screw cap with a standardized GPI 24/410 thread was developed specifically for the requirements of the cosmetics industry. At its heart is the precisely designed tear-off edge: It ensures that liquids are dispensed cleanly—every drop breaks off precisely or flows back into the bottle in a controlled manner. This keeps the application clean and pleasant.
In addition to its functional performance, the Pharmacos Lotus also impresses visually. In combination with the Pharmacos series (glass or PET bottles), it creates a harmonious packaging concept that stands out on the cosmetics shelf thanks to its uniform appearance.
The aesthetically designed cap enables precise and clean dispensing for a wide variety of cosmetic applications. Whether fine, thin oils or slightly more viscous formulations—the Pharmacos Lotus adapts flexibly and ensures a controlled, pleasant application experience in every case.
