Convenient dosing of capsules for patients with constrained motor function

Dispensing without effort

When developing the capsule dispenser, we placed a strong focus on ease of use for people with limited motor skills (e.g. due to joint diseases such as osteoarthritis). The pressure mechanism can be activated with just the strength of one finger. However, it is also possible to press the large operating surface with the flat of the hand or the forearm. This is a considerable advantage, especially for users with reduced strength in their hands – particularly when compared to blister packaging.

1 push = 1 capsule

Exactly one capsule falls into the dosing cup per stroke – for hygienic intake without hand contact. The intake cup does not need to be removed during the dispensing process. With each further activation of the dispenser, several capsules can be dispensed directly one after the other if desired. This allows you to decide for yourself how many capsules you want to take in one step.

Hygienic single-dose dispensing of capsules

A major problem with conventional tablet jars or jars or tins for capsules is that they are removed directly by hand: skin germs, moisture or dirt can be transferred to the remaining capsules – an unnecessary hygiene risk.

Our capsule dispenser solves this problem:

No hand contact – the capsules are dispensed directly into the dosing cap or the integrated intake cup. From there, they can be taken directly into the mouth.
Individual dosing – depending on your needs, you can decide at the touch of a button whether to dispense just one capsule or several at once. This gives you full control over your intake.
Hygienic and safe – as no capsule needs to be touched by hand, the remaining capsules in the container remain optimally protected.
