Gel dispenser airless
The idea behind this development was sparked by a customer request for a hygienic dispensing system for a cooling gel that required high barrier properties. At the same time the packaging should be easy to use – with an appealing design.
Functionality meets design
We added a few design features to brighten up the Bag-in-Bottle Airless dispensing system.
The airless system protects the fluid inside from environmental impacts and drying-out. It consists of a lotion pump, an outer container and a multi-layer inner pouch. The latter rests flat against the inner wall of the container and collapses while the pump evacuates the pouch – dispensing a defined quantity of the product inside with every stroke of the lotion pump; leaving hardly any residue inside the pouch.

- New full-diameter over-cap
- Cap with inner fins to ensure a firm fit on the dispenser head. Dispenser and cap are pre-assembled.
- Snap-on base with invisible venting – covering the bottom seam and venting holes.

- Filling volumes 30 ml – 200 ml
- For pharmaceutical and cosmetic products
- 360° upside down use
