The Micro-Dose Transfer Syringe (MTS) is an innovative syringe platform designed for applications where high dosing precision, reduced particle levels and material purity are essential.
Developed through the cooperation between Inductio AG and PACKSYS GmbH, the MTS combines advanced polymer materials with high-precision injection molding and a silicone-oil-free stopper technology. The platform is designed for fixed doses ranging from 0.02 ml up to 0.2 ml, providing a flexible solution for demanding micro-dose applications.
Reduced particles
The MTS is silicone-free and PFAS-free, because of it’s innovative TPE stopper featuring Indutec™ technology* while supporting precise and reliable dosing.
The syringe is manufactured in an ISO 7 cleanroom and particle load is in compliance with USP <788>.
High-precision dosing
When very small volumes are administered, precision is critical. The MTS is designed to deliver highly accurate fixed doses and is already in commercial use for intravitreal injection.
High-precision injection molding enables tight dimensional tolerances, supporting consistent performance even at very low dosing volumes.
Customizable platform
The MTS is more than a single syringe configuration. Its platform concept allows the fixed dose to be adapted from 0.02 ml up to 0.2 ml, making it suitable for different products and application requirements.
Two-component injection molding enables functional elements to be integrated directly into the syringe system. No printing on the barrel or dose clip is required, simplifying the design while maintaining precise dose definition.
